(Hulling is the process of removing husk from paddy. This is achieved by the gentle action of the Rubber rolls applied to the paddy rotating with different speed.)
· Precise self-centering vibrating feeding system & precise roll gap control.
· Rubber rolls life increase considerably by over 30%.
· The rate of paddy being fed into the husker is monitored by a level sensor, which controls the feed gate pneumatic piston for ensuring even product distribution into the husking chamber. While the precise control of the rubber roll gap ensures constant pressure and even husking ratio.
